When reporting a problem, include your 7-digit user ID (shown on the Account page), your phone model and the app version. A screenshot helps. We reply within 24 hours.

Content removal
For content that should not be on One Day World.
- Accounts or messages impersonating you, your brand or your organisation
- Your personal information shared without your consent
- Copyright and trademark complaints
- Harassment or threats directed at you
- Any content involving a minor
Tell us what the message said (or attach a screenshot), the city and date it appeared, and why it should be removed. For impersonation or rights claims, include proof that you are the person or owner concerned. The wall clears for everyone at 00:00 UTC, but we act on valid requests as soon as we receive them.
Before you write
- To report a single message or block someone, use the menu on the message in the app. It is the fastest way.
- If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.
- We will never ask for your password or payment details by email.
