Delete your account

In the app or the web app, tap the person icon at the top, then Delete account at the bottom of the page. Deletion is immediate. If you no longer have access, email us from the address linked to your account and we will delete it for you.

Appeal a decision

If you received a warning, pause or ban and think it was a mistake, open Account, then Account standing, in the app and tap Appeal. You can appeal each decision once, within 30 days. A person reviews every appeal and you will see the answer in the app. You can also email us with your 7-digit user ID (on the Account page).

Report a problem

To report a message or a person, tap the menu on the message in the app. For anything urgent, email us and include "Urgent" in the subject.
